The legal services sector is currently undergoing a transformation, mainly driven by the integration of artificial intelligence (AI). This dynamic is characterized by a growing adoption of AI in judicial processes and legal services, fundamentally altering the way services are delivered and perceived. Recent initiatives, such as the use of chatbots for legal aid in Estonia or the expansion of the startup Harvey in Asia, illustrate this trend. However, this evolution is accompanied by regulatory and ethical challenges, particularly in terms of compliance and responsibility.
