Interestingly, the data indicates that engaged and married individuals are nearly twice as likely to have used an AI companion app compared to singles, with usage rates of 30.7% versus 16.3%. This suggests a potential correlation between relationship status and the exploration of AI companionship.

The survey also highlights a counterintuitive trend: familiarity with AI companion products correlates with harsher judgments rather than leniency. This may reflect a deeper understanding of the implications of AI relationships, leading to stricter personal boundaries.
